β β β β β Ingredients aren't good. Tomato's are soft and lettuce was rubbery:( ordered a chicken burger and it was not crispy at all... Like it was just soaked in water. Don't waste your money here way better options at the university

β β β β β it used to be a place where I would get but my food but things have gotten worse. I've been really patient with this A&W on campus but they've burnt the buns of my burger 3 times already as well. They often forget about requests and make you wait until you remind them at least twice.
and plus, the fries are cold & hard & cheese within the burger is still frozen
super disappointing .

Really disappointing for the services and food given by this location A & W
Onion rings are so cold and much oily actually I like the onion ring of the A & W so I had it but worst service ever I got
If there is option to provide 0 star than I am really really glad to put zero

β β β β β Just a regular A&W, with some slightly not so fresh to order ingredients compared to the more visited ones at Cross Iron or other malls (the meat in the Mama burger I had was on the dryer end). Staff are polite, and wait times short. A decent and economical choice should A&W be running some nation-wide promotion like the $2.50 Mama, 2 for $7 Teen, etc

β β β β β Absolute abomination. The onion rings were absolutely tasteless and hard as a rock. Unable to get through half a bag of onion rings without getting a sore jaw.

β β β β β Easily the worst A&W I have been to ever. On 3 separate occasions the ingredients were soggy, cold and sub-par. Last visit was the worst with onion rings that were clearly not fresh and tasted like burnt oil. I only come here because I had some mail coupons but I wouldn't eat here again for free.
