β β β β β I highly recommend this company, my refrigerator was not working properly this gentleman was referred to me by Royal appliance, upon arrival he extremely professional and with the pandemic covid 19 he protected himself, I felt very safe having him in my home even his shoe was covered and best of all his price was very reasonable. Thought it was time to spend $$ on a new fridge. At least that's what other technicians told us, due to faulty main board which had been discontinued by manufacturer.
Luckily, we found Vitalii from A-Repair, who managed to fix it and it now works just as it used to. Saved us time and money.

Technician came on time. Very professional and skillful . He found problem in first 15 min and had parts ready to replace. Then very fast open my washer and change broken pump. I'm so happy and satisfied. Plus bonus : the guy fix my not working vine cooler .
Price was reasonable too.
I recommend A- Repair to call and get their services.

β β β β β Vitalii replaced the leaking coolant pipes in my Jennair refrigerator last year and today he replaced a faulty water valve in my Bosch dishwasher. Fortunately he had all the parts in his vehicle to complete the work. The cost for both was minimal compared to others, but the knowledge and service was by far greater. I fully recommend A-Repair and if you're lucky you will get Vitalii.

β β β β β I feel bad to have to give such a negative review when all the others are very positive, but my experience with this business was very negative.
I had an intermittent issue with my Blomberg dishwasher not draining. When it did work, it sounded like something was stuck in the pump. I told the technician all of this and asked him to look in the pump impeller. He told me the service call is $200 cash. No problem. When he was there the pump was running. He said the noise is not due to a foreign object but a sign the pump is on its way out. Nonetheless, he opened up the bottom and did some stuff (clearly knowing he isn't doing anything useful, just justifying his charge). He never opened the pump, closed everything up, collected his cash and told me if it stops draining again, the pump must be replaced. He said the new pump is $200 - $300. The pump continues making noise for a couple more weeks and then it stops working again.
I opened it up myself this time. Took out the pump. Sure enough, the impeller seems to have been rubbing against the housing and part of the housing broke loose and blocked the impeller. There was something in the pump after all.
In any case, I have now ordered the pump for $70 with tax and will replace it myself.
I really didn't want to do this work myself, but I guess if you want something done right...
