★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location: Loblaws, LCBO, Orange Theory all in the building.
The building itself is very modern. Many amenities such as indoor pool, gym, sauna, etc. Convenient booking system as well.
The housekeeping staff does a great job in keeping floors, elevators, doors, etc. clean.
Moreover, the garbage chute is hardly ever closed, all elevators are always working (only once in my two years were 1-2 of them down), quite, friendly and respectful neighbours (obviously that depends from floor to floor), good mix of families and working people, concierge are "mostly" friendly and helpful, not all though.
Management, however, is okayish. I personally haven't had a good experience with them but they seem proactive otherwise.
