As of today, I now have a new place to order from. I needed this new change. Thanks Monkey Sushi! We're in a relationship now❤️

I ordered unagi avo and cheese roll and they put very small small piece of cheese on top of the roll not even the inside of the roll. And their sashimi is very thin. Like a tissue paper. You can see through the sashimi. Thats the cheese i got for unagi cheese roll.

Uber eats always has promotions for this place which makes it cheaper to order on the app then calling the place. Seems odd but it's true, even with their fees. Portions are reasonable and sushi is cheaper than most other places. I wouldn't say it's the BEST quality, but I'm quite happy with it. If I'm looking for a nice date, I wouldn't come here, but it's a great option for lunch.

Way too much rice in fish to rice ratio, not worth paying for just large bites of rice with minimal fish bits. Worker (cough cough his name is Hui) was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. Was not willing to accommodate to customer's needs and extremely lazy. Another worker in the back/kitchen area was not wearing a mask...not sure if he was on break because he was just standing there but he should still follow covid protocol no matter what. I only have a photo of a poorly rolled maki roll, but this photo is from a few visits ago and does not even come close to showing how bad quality their sushi is. I would not even consider returning here unless they fix their issues.

But the sushi were really mediocre, and you can tell that they don't really pay much attention to details. The unagi was kind of fragmented and ripped. The tobiko were dumped on a few maki instead of spread out nicely and evenly. In short, the sushi weren't wrapped nicely, as if an amateur did it. It's a good place to fill yourself up, but I'd rather spend my calories quota elsewhere.
J	Jason W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor customer service by the manager, placed a larger order for pickup, forgot to check the bag before leaving the restaurant (My mistake) but once I got home and opened everything up they had forgotten to include two rolls. I called the restaurant to try and correct the issue but the manager angrily insisted she had packed the rolls herself and they would not remake the rolls for me to pickup. Thankfully I had placed through Uber eats and was able to request a refund through their portal, manager was hostile, rude and quite frankly dense. I highly recommend you order from other sushi restaurants in the area before Monkey Sushi, if you must order from them check your bag immediately upon delivery or at pickup before leaving, and use Uber Eats, at least they will help you correct the issue.
