About 8 West Dental Care
Dr. Lam was born and raised in Vancouver and completed his dental education at the University of British Columbia before moving to Calgary in the summer of 2005. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine and Bachelor of Arts in German from UBC. He subsequently completed his Master of Arts in German at the University of Calgary while maintaining a full-time dental practice. Dr. Lam joined the team at 8West Dental Care in August 2014.
In his spare time, Dr. Lam enjoys many sports including biking, skiing, tennis and hockey (also an avid Vancouver Canucks fan). Other interests include traveling and photography.

β β β β β I went to this dental clinic which is referred by my friend. But it really doesn't look like a first time visit. Starting from the appointment, enquiry the people are so patience to answer all our queries. Even i asked multiple questions regarding my insurance and they are very calm in answering. I went for my daughter's examination and I was too afraid whether she create any mess. But Dr.Lam is so friendly and to my surprise my kid cooperated so well. The way he treated us and how calm,
genuine and patient he is made us relax and everything went so easy. Also, his assistant, she was so sweet and very nice. Overall good experience.

β β β β β I have been seeing Dr. Lam and Angela for years now. They are both absolutely wonderful. Dr. Lam is one of the most gentle dentists Iβve ever had, and is excellent at what he does.
Angela has been doing my hygiene for years as well, and makes the process super comfortable. I actually donβt mind going to the dentist! I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Lam any day. My entire family and a number of friends have switched and see him now! Thanks guys!
