★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So first, I was way overcharged for everything. The lady who cleaned my teeth and the front end staff were so awesome to interact with at that time, then I went to the actual dentists room a few cubicles down. I have not had a more uncomfortable experience with any health care provider. This dentist made me feel bad about my teeth and honestly being a young person dental care is expensive, now I can afford it and I regret giving my money to them.
Now I haven't been there in 9 months at the day of posting this I will not be back. I have been getting constantly called and texted from this office about booking an appointment to which I have not responded to. At the day of posting this i have someone texting me from the clinic about how my teeth are and how it needs to be taken care of as if they are entitled to step over that boundary with a one time client.
Save your money and your personal well being and go to any other dentist. I do not recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going here for a few years but now I won’t be returning again. There used to be an older gentleman dentist who was great, no issues, no pain, good bedside manner. He has since retired and his replacement does not care about your comfort.
I had one filling done recently and it was painful through most of the procedure, I had to keep asking for more anaesthetic. I went in again last week for another filling and the same thing began, they administered anesthetic and then when they started to work, I could still feel everything, very unpleasant. I got up and left before they could cause any more pain and will not be returning.
I suspect they are using subpar anaesthetic or using less of it to save money or something. The bedside manner of the new staff is sadly absent, they seem there to collect pay and leave, hardly even hello, no care for my comfort anymore :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like many people suffer with severe anxiety with going to the dentist to the point where I haven't gone in years. I would avoid it at all costs due to past experiences. This place made me feel comfortable and they took away my anxiety. They where nice, gentle and made the experience much better. I will continue to go here moving forward. Oh and they got the nice expensive toothbrushes and heads at cost which is a huge savings.

Yesterday Doris and Dr. Penner resolved a problem I have been having for years.
Thank You... your a great team and I finally feel I have a dentist.

I have been coming to comfort care for years and quite happy with their service for prices (compared to others). I work downtown so it is very convenient to stop by during a work day to accommodate my schedule without having to change my commute or day around. If you work downtown, I highly recommend them
