She has only the best and most professional and personable staff as well as Dr. Cooper herself being nothing but sunshine! Dr. Cooper takes the time to go over your concerns and gives her professional opinion and if there is something she cannot complete for you, she is sure to refer you within her professional network and you will be just as satisfied. Dr. Cooper is one solid dentist!

She is by far the best cosmetic dentist as well. My Wife has had repeated issues with her veneer (originally done by another dentist) and Dr. Cooper has done amazing remediation work to restore both her smile and her confidence. I cannot say enough about the treatment, kindness, and care shown by Dr. COOPER and her staff. You can bring them and talk to them about any concerns from previous dental anxieties to general anxiety to general concerns and they will ensure that you are taken care of. Dr. Cooper is super knowledgeable and if you need a referral to any specialists, she makes sure that they are top notch and have an excellent working relationship with her. She ensures that they are aware of your treatment plans and goals, and they are willing to work with where you are. She's amazing. Patricia and Erin are super friendly to deal with at the front counter, and they have made all of our experiences very calm and reassuring.

Been a patient for over 15 years. Great customer service and trust Dr. Cooper 100% with all her work and recommendations. Became a patient as it was convenient from work and had a great dental benefit plan at the time. Now retired, and although I dont have the same benefit coverage and its not close to my home, you cannot put a price on quality of service.

I came to Dr. Cooper after a failed dental treatment. She referred me to several specialists to be assessed. I have seen an Orthodontist, Periodontist, Endodontist and Prosthodontist. Dr. Cooper was provided with their reports, with one of the specialists noting the complexity of my case requiring the intervention of specialists. I became uncomfortable when I realized Dr. Cooper was going to proceed with doing the treatment herself. Not once did she acknowledge or discuss the specialist recommendations with me, which made me uneasy. Dr. Cooper had also said that one of my veneers was not sealed properly and would need to be replaced. At a subsequent appointment, she then told me all of my veneers would need to be replaced. This was very surprising to me. She did not explain why or show me evidence of any problems either on x-ray or by photos. At my latest appointment, Dr. Cooper's tone with me was one of frustration and impatience. I had the feeling this was because I was hesitating with treatment. I have since obtained two separate opinions regarding my veneers and each of the dentists recommended that the one veneer Dr. Cooper had initially suggested be replaced. However, neither dentist saw any issues with any of the other veneers. Dr. Cooper would have performed these replacements which would have been very costly to me and completely unnecessary. This has all been very disappointing, to once again have another unfortunate dental experience. I have read similar reviews regarding Dr. Cooper on Rate an MD. My experience with Dr. Cooper has shown that she was looking out for her best interests, not mine.

I love this dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper for a long time. I have had to have fairly major work done over the past couple years, and she has been the absolute best. I am not a good patient. I get very anxious about dental work. She has been patient, kind and respectful, always taking the time to explain the procedures and answer any questions I may have. Dr. Cooper is obsessed with the quality and appearance of my teeth, and she is genuinely concerned about my comfort and pain. The office is modern and calming. The hygienists I have had have been professional and friendly and do an amazing job. Dr. Cooper is prompt, keeps her appointment schedule somehow, but never seems hurried or rushed. Without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had.
