I'd give it a 0 star if I could. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Called ahead of time to ensure they had a part I needed and they said they'd have it in the store in 20 minutes. Drove 20 minutes to get there expecting to pick it up and be on my way, it's about an hour away with the driver. I asked Rajh why he'd tell me 20 minutes and he not only gave me a ton of attitude but then ended it by saying "I don't want to deal with you anymore." And walked away. Seriously dude? I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything. Rajh is absolutely terrible and also of no help as he is the one I spoke to on the phone in the first place.

Best costumer service fast and reliable on delivery fair pricing and answer phone right away and when I get there parts always ready and pick up and get to my job site on time thank for RAJ and DARREN they are the best people

Amazing place for auto parts - the absolute best customer service. Rajh helped me out when I really needed it. Extremely reliable and the best price. Won't go to any other place but 747.

If I can give this a zero star, I would. Disneyland anyone??? Staff is not professional at all. This is the store by Markville Mall on heritage. I went in with issues for the part i bought 2 days prior which was a watersport battery and it came with no instructions. I needed to how to pour acid into the battery. I even Google it and it says it suppose to come with a hose. I didn't want to do it wrong and also the safety hazard behind it. I called Raj and he said he clearly saw the instructions before selling it to me. Ummm how about a "NO"?. First of all, he didn't call me when he said he would when part arrived so I called a day later for him to say sorry I didn't call. Not the right foot to start off on, cause i didnt get any instructions at all. He said bring it by. So i go back to the shop. What a joke that was... All the staff did, was answer new phone calls while I was waiting for there service. A couple of drivers walked in and starting joking with the staff that said he was going to be at the cottage in 2 hours and he will be drinking beer and the person at the desk which had a customer on hold discuss that he was jealous and he wanted to do the samething when he finished work. Is this a bar or a parts place ??? Here I am waiting to get served for 15mins. Raj told me that he had to answer his phone before he can help me after I said something after waiting 3 phone calls. I sat there while both Raj and another employee answered 6 fresh phone calls. I was in line before those customers decided to make a phone call to 747. How does that make sense??? It seemed they got there money from me and wanted to collect more without a heart. I told him I already bought part and needed help which told me which HE told me to come in, Im not just going to wait when I made the extra effort to drive for the help. He basically became fustrated and said he will refund me. I told him I came in for help and waited. Just wanted the help you promised. I will never go back to these you know what... Especially customers in front of your face are #1, you CANT serve them???Have another drink!!! Totally immature biz with men that are older than me lol?!! Seemed like they were 16 :) No respect for customers just about money and playtime! I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. CHEAPER PARTS FROM AMAZON OR ROCK AUTO. SAVE HALF!!! I grew up with customer service being #1 and believing in your product, will always brings people back for more. Thanks for lacking both!!! I am not the first and won't be the last. I believe they get they're employees and friends to post great reviews. Read down the list hmmmm. It's a circus!!! I rather pay more in reality to not ruin my day!!! Thanks Raj for ruining my day!!!

Great place to buy auto stuff. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are better than Canadian Tire, more selection.
