Probably one of the most efficient shops I've ever been to. It is extremely clean, workers are honest about the job they've completed. I went to the store a few times before for oil changes & other small issues; they were handled perfectly. I went to a few shops in the area for a quote on lowering my car & the price 360 auto offered was unbeatable. I accepted & this resulted in the best decision. They got the job done quicker than I expected. I could not be any more happier with my vehicle. Kudos to 360 auto.

Been going to this place for years. Never had an issue with my car fixed here and felt safe leaving my car here for days. Chi can be blunt for some but he’s pretty honest that people keep coming back. It ain’t rocket science folks we are sick and tired of some franchise players do business by suggesting changes on this and that for whatever motivation they have. For most people car fixing is about passing the minimum, with special focus on safety related components. Chi and his team will check those for you and you know you can trust their opinion.

Been here every since I got my car and was always happy with the service. They have always done a great job on my car and service was very fast as well even though they are always busy. The price is very good; you do not need to worry about Chi ripping you off or making up bs. Chi is very honest and will do whatever he can to ensure you will come back. I've never had any issues that required a second visit to get it fixed properly as well. I highly recommend this place to others, especially those who do not have a regular mechanic. You can walk in here feeling confident about your car and your wallet.

Chi and his team are great - he's a blunt but honest guy. Him and his team do a great job from repairs, finding parts to a simple oil change. It is recommended that you call in advance to schedule what you need done. Overall - been here plenty of times, always a good experience for great value and service.

I have been a customer of 360 Auto for over 14 years now. I have had multiple cars in that time, and Chi and his team at 360 Auto is the ONLY mechanic that I will trust to work on my cars, and here is why: 1. He is customer focussed. If something doesn't need to be fixed, he will advise against it or provide some alternate avenues of action. If something needs to be fixed, he will not only let you know, but will let you know the severity of the issue but also give you some options, where it is possible to do so. 2. He has NEVER steered me wrong. His advice has always been solid. He will explain in layman's terms what the issue is, and even show me if I wanted to see and / or learn about cars. There is no secretive cloak and dagger here - you know exactly what you will be paying for and Chi will give you a sense of comfort and peace knowing your car is in good hands. 3. His expertise and knowledge is without equal. Chi knows things many mechanics do not. He knows the cars to avoid, what models and years have certain problems, and he will troubleshoot a car until there is a resolution (if there is one available). If there is an issue which is not fixable, he will advise. He will also give options to the customer who are cost-conscious, using aftermarket if the customer wants or OEM, if the customer insists. 4. You know 360 Auto is good when you cannot just walk in and expect your car to get fixed. Appointments are needed due to the sheer volume of cars that are brought to him, some as far as 2+ hours away just to see him. That is always a good sign when there are lots of customers that will trust their car to 360 Auto. Despite this though, Chi has been able to determine on a couple of occasions how urgently I needed my car fix due to out of town commitments and such, and he has made Herculean efforts to accommodate. As a result, I am more than happy to continue bringing him my cars after 14 years and have recommended a number of colleagues, friends and family use 360 Auto. 5. Chi is just a nice, kind, honest guy who is a car lover himself. Sure this is a business, but Chi loves what he does, and is passionate about cars. This is not "just a job". This is evident by how many times he has give me a good education on how certain cars work - but he does not do it condescendingly - it is more passing along knowledge, and it demonstrates his deep knowledge of automotive technology. He is polite but very honest. Exactly what everyone needs in their mechanic. 6. His prices are by far the best, the most competitive, and the greatest value. For the stellar work 360 does, your dollar will be well spent there. This goes for parts, labour, etc. You will never feel like you are being hosed at 360. Hence, the long list of loyal customers who continue to trust Chi and 360 Auto with their auto repairs. I would recommend you take your vehicle to 360 Auto without hesitation. It's the first time I brought my Mercedes to an independent repair shop. I was concerned bringing Mercedes to service outside MB dealers. Chi is the master mechanic. He is honest and dependable. There were a few Mercedes already when walking in the shop. He seems very knowledgeable dealing with Mercedes. I highly recommended this place.

Punctual, professional, honest and fair pricing. Chi is one of very few transparent mechanics and is a wiz at repairing vehicles. Takes extra time to educate about what is wrong with the vehicle, provides proof of issue, always gives options and I've never felt pressure to to do unnecessary repairs.
