★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service, as well as unconcerned about safety. I was sold a defective TankTraders tank (valve has significant impact damage, rending in both unusable, as well as unsafe). I got it a couple months ago, and went to use it today, and discovered the damage. Went to return it for exchange - "no receipt, can't do". I did not want a refund, only an exchange. I was left taking an unsafe propane tank home.
Tank traders will take a defective tank back on warranty, so would have been no issue to simply exchange a tank, the staff was just simply too stupid to solve the issue.
I work near there, so am by the store fairly often, and this kind of robotic foolishness is pretty much par for the course.
