β β β β β My go to gas station due to its location to my house. Easy in and out although your choice of directions is limited (works for me) been having some issues last couple of months with pumps not reading my Aeroplan card and not printing receipts. Replaced my Aeroplan card and pumps still not reading (it does work at other Esso's) Told inside staff about card reader and receipt printer but they responded with "You are the only one that has a problem" May have to find a new "go to"

β β β β β I tried to buy gas here using my Esso Extra points but the cashier didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Admittedly I didn't know what I was talking about either, because I'm brand new to Esso Extra. It would have been nice to talk to somebody knowledgeable who could help me with that.
I asked to use Esso Extra points to fill up my car and she asked how much I'd need. I said $50 or so. I was also purchasing just over $5 in snacks so that I could take advantage of 2.5 cents per litre off for 20L of gas using Esso Extra Privileges. She ended up charging me $55.73 on debit, which I didn't notice until after the transaction. I reiterated that I wanted to pay my $50 of gas with points, not money, but by that time a line-up was forming behind me and I just gave up and asked for a refund on the gas portion. She gave me $50 cash and I left.
I was right out of gas so had to fill up $10 at shell in the interim, which is a far cry from what I was attempting to do.
When I logged into Esso Extras online later, I noticed that my $5 worth of snacks had shown up as $0.01 instead with $4.99 more required to get the 2.5 cents off per litre. So really, it was a big failure all around.

β β β β β Stopped to inflate my tires and had a problem with this machine because nowhere does it seems to display the PSI - essential information! Staff told me that it was nothing to do with them. Not helpful at all
