★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely unprofessional. i came in with an injury to my wrist as a result of a motor vehicle accident and after 6 weeks when the healing wasn't going as planned lauren wanted to discharge me. they definitely don't have any ability to work with strange injuries and they don't have the equipment that it takes to get people back to work. after i criticized the practice for wasting my time the therapist that i was working with sent a letter to my doctor saying that she thought i was faking my injury, which I have had an mri confirming. physio therapists do not have the medical expertise or the qualifications to make these judgements. absolutely unprofessional and i would never send anyone to this office full of quacks. for shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emily was really great to work with. I had a thumb and wrist issue (DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis) which had been very problematic for over 6 months. A friend recommended Emily at Active Recovery and I decided to give it a go. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I saw her once a week for a couple months where I received treatment and daily exercises. Im very happy to say that I am now pain free, and the issue is resolved. I'm amazed at how quickly she was able to turn this issue around for me, and I'm very grateful for her help. All of the staff at Active Recovery were wonderful. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this clinic! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Lauren has been treating an arm injury for me. I'm really impressed with her in-depth knowledge and ability to constantly alter my course of treatment based on how I'm responding. She has also inquired and offered suggestions for a completely unrelated injury, which I really appreciate. It truly makes me feel cared for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Active Recovery has been the best physiotherapy clinic I have ever been to which is mostly attributed to Lauren. Lauren helped me quickly and efficiently to treat my wrist injury and come up with a recovery plan. Because of Laurens hard work and attention to my needs, I have been able to fully recover from this injury. I would 100% recommend Active Recovery Physiotherapy to anyone but especially to see Lauren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lauren Rex is the absolute best! I was dealing with pain in my shoulder and lower back that I thought I would have for the rest of my life. Lauren was the first physiotherapist I have ever been to, and I was slightly skeptical that anything would work. She helped me navigate the reasons these injuries occurred, and put me on an effective and manageable recovery plan. I really cannot recommend her enough, in addition to being excellent at her job, she's also kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel very comfortable. Go see Lauren!!!

Lauren's support, guidance, and knowledge have been invaluable and I really appreciate the time she took to fully understand my lifestyle and hobbies in order to tailor the treatment plan to me. Everything she recommended was well explained, practical, and realistic. That meant so much to me and really helped me to reach my recovery goals. I feel like I have great tools moving forward to not only recover from this injury but also to help prevent something like this in the future. What an awesome clinic!! And thank you so much Lauren :)
