★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment has a huuuuuuuuge and seriuos noise problem, if you are looking for calm and decent sleep avoid this building at all cost. The noise affects the entire building and is much greater during winter so be careful if you are renting and signing a lease during summer. I cannot highlight enough how noisy this building can be, think again before you sign a lease.
