★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUGS ALL OVER THE APARTMENT!!!
WHEN THEY FINALLY SPRAYED/FUMIGATED, THEY WERE STILL HERE AND HAD A MISCARRIAGE.
WHEN I CONTACTED THE MANAGMENT HEAD OFFICE, I WAS THREATENED. I SUBMITTED THE CLAIM TO THE BOARD RIGHT AWAY AND IT WAS APPROVED FOR HARRASSMENT. I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's BUGS and COCKROACHES In the apartment and all over the building. The whole building is infested, spraying individual apartments is useless at these point.
The laundry machines have never worked properly and you always need additional 50 cents-$1 on any dryer load. HORRIBLE PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently still live here. The size is great and my view from my balcony is incredible. The only downside is the buildings ability to kick out tenants who cause problems. Doesn't matter if the police are involved. Also there are cockroaches on some floors, i saw 1 in the 2 years ive been here. My friends place is always seeing them, were both very clean. Also the washing machines take your money and it takes a while to get it back, also the dryers need extra time/money to get everything done. But overall its be 50-50.
