★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here quite a lot and had a different experiences each time. The price is reasonable, two for thirty-five dollars, a great price to dab into the world of ceramics. Here is where I fell in love with the wheel, my love for clay, and my love & hate for hand-building.
If you want to dabbled in clay without a big commitment, I would give 4Cats a go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent time here. The staff was great and facilitated an awesome team building event. Everyone had fun and ended up a little messy, but that was definitely the whole point! Would definitely recommend for a group!

Kids had a blast smashing the paints!
They had a very unique experience of celebrating birthday and learning too.
You may need to bring extra old clothes they may get dirty afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up to make the bubble mug, which was spread out over two sessions, each costing $15 (Total $30). Following a video tutorial, on an ipad, the first session was shaping the mug for firing. Very easy to follow along with and was finished quite quickly.
The second session we encountered issues where the one staff working had no idea what was happening. I don't blame the employee but they were clearly not trained. We kept having to correct them by showing them the video and after awhile they just kept saying it was fine and some of the specifics didn't matter. They did matter and the finished product suffered for it. Would say it was a slightly frustrating experience. Also the fuses in the studio kept blowing and the staff didn't know what to do. Had to convince them they should let us fiddle with the electrical panel so we could have electricity again.

They play soothing jazz music 24/7 to provide a relaxing time.
Only thing is that it's located right nearby a bunch of bars, and it's a place for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After two Covid birthday parties at the playground, we wanted something special for our daughter and her grade one friends. The staff were so organized and managed to do three parties at once making sure every kid had a great time, got tidied up and had time for cake and celebrations. The facilitators were patient and kind and clearly love their jobs and love kids. Highly recommend for a hands-on, fun experience that really honors the process and celebrates the effort of each child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Amy is truly amazing! She is patient, kind and expert level in clay! We took a family workshop with her and she helped us create some pieces that we love. The wheel is intimidating at first, but with her guidance and tips, she made it doable and enjoyable for me and my 9 year old. Highly recommend the workshops here and Amy!
