It has been a great experience thus far. We contacted 417RV for a specific make and model and we received a prompt response that they did have it in stock.
The salesperson Mirel went above and beyond to answer every question we had. He was open and honest and patient and even provided information to us on his day off. A good person makes all the difference in the experience.
We were also connected with the finance manager Jacques who was very humble and professional. He made the financial part of our experience easy and enjoyable.
I would recommend to anyone looking to have an excellent experience when shopping for their dream RV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christiane was very helpful, knowledgable and price conscious for my popup repairs. I have surge brakes and they are not easy to find mechanics for, but 417RV helped me out. I also asked for an assortment of other miscellaneous repairs.

The sales person, Mirel Bica was a perfect gentleman and spared no effort to find us the perfect RV. The service people were also quick to transfer various towing components and rear view camera from our trade-in and to effect some modifications. Thank you Krystie, Patricia and Paul. We highly recommend 417RV for sales, service and parts. You won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never recommend 417RV to anyone. Bought a used truck camper in January 2022. They said the weight would work on my truck, but it was way too heavy. They should have known their product but mislead us. I asked for several issues to be fixed before we took delivery but very few of the items were addressed, although when the top hatch started leaking they promptly fixed it and replaced the soaked bed mattress. Mirel the sales assistant was very kind but Dan the sales manager failed to return our calls or emails -poor customer service! We did not feel like we were valued customers. I guess you have to spend way more on a new RV to get good service. Fortunately we turned around and sold the camper for $3,000 more than we paid - their loss.
