No games or product substitution on delivery. Excellent experience even in these tough times when the product supply chain is disrupted by Covid19. Good people to deal with.
S	Steve Rimell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in this local shop. Called for an estimate for repairs after trees fell on it following recent tornado in Hammond. Initially they said they would charge an hour to prepare the estimate but ended up charging 150 for no apparent reason. Unclear what they did other than prepare the estimate for the items I pointed out. They did say they would credit this amount if trailer was repaired there. Estimate is for 500$ for what I see as 2 hours worth of work. They won't be getting this or any more of my business. Hope the short game pays off for you.

At pick up, Michel went over everything with me, proper maintenance overview and made sure it was hooked up and reasy to roll. I will definitely be going back to them for any trailer needs. The trailer itself, a 7x16 Lightning cargo trailer, has been in use all winter to move my snowmobile and transport rental items. Fits the job perfectly. The trip to ML trailers was worth the 2 hour trip.

Only complaint is when opening tailgate on truck will hit on jack don’t know if there is a shorter jack but will find out from ML. Trailer looks well built though. Will know better next summer when I take it to Calgary.

I get them to install some accessories like track grabs and ski guides that work great. They suggested the exact right style of trailer for me and I am very pleased with the quality. It was a good price and their staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain well and answered all my questions. I dealt with Mike, Vicky and Roger at ML and got very good advice and service. When I picked up my trailer Mike hooked it up to my car, adjusted the hitch and checked everything, and seemed to care a lot about customer satisfaction and safety. Couldn't be happier! Great location, too, just down the street, if I need parts or service.
