M	Mike Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adesa stored my quad outside in the rain and snow/. Left my console open, my ownership and user manual got drenched and ruined. I told the manager and he basically told me to shove it and that it wasn’t his problem. Refused any liability or damage, and now I have to pay $100 to replace them and sit at the dmv for an hour. What a needledick.

Front desk lady was very condescending and rude and did not give clear information on how to get the gate yard. The lady at the gate yard “Karen” was also rude and not helpful whatsoever. She misinformed us on how to get in the yard aswell. Overall it was a stressfull and unpleasant experience. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Rheanna.is a terrible employee I called her 4 times and she didn't return one call. Nor any emails. Sonia Dagenais was amazing and.talked to me anytime I called i now am stuck.paying extra fees for my vehicle being g there an extra 7 days for mpg reason whatsoever. If you are unlucky and your vehicle is towed to their lot good luck getting it back on time even when you do everything by the book. Adesa is terrible never do business with them or you'll be as unhappy and dissatisfied as I am. I think they need the extra money as no reason to not let me come get my car. I've lost data of work income on top.of everything else. I hope they go.out of business one day. Karma is a bi..h!

S	Stealth Motors Group on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a vehicle from this auction due to COVID-19 it was bought online and we got misled by the pictures that they posted and inspection report which did not show what’s the damage on the vehicle and when we try to get in touch with the arbitration department they said all that was mentioned on the report you should read the report …I did go through the report I did not find anything about problems and damage inside the tailgate panel that will cost almost $4000 We always buy vehicles from adesa toronto auction and from Montreal and also we did buy before from Adesa Ottawa I never run into this problem but their explanation to the problem and the way they handled it I’ll give them a zero credit and I would never buy from them again I’ll include some pictures to show everybody what kind of damage that was on this vehicle that I purchased for $100,000 that apparently their inspector/psi inspection DID NOT SEE and take a picture of it …sorry but it is a scam I will make sure everybody will know about this scam
