I had no way of bringing the boat home and no one has those bearings in stock so I couldn't get it fixed locally. Ordered the bearings from Orleans Boat World, another great company. I remembered seeing Mike's on Facebook so I called. He asked me where I was and I told him I was going fishing. He asked me when I wanted the tow. He said I could fish all day and he could pick me up whenever I was done. His guy came by around 7pm which was perfect. Loaded up and towed my boat and trailer back to my house, an hour away. I recommend these guys. EDIT: one more thing, if you research some of the 1 star reviews, they are obviously the competition.

Our young kids were watching it all from the window and yelled a big 'thank you'. It was such a relief to have a stressful situation managed well. Thanks again!

Their response time was amazing and not to mention helped us find a tire place to tow to. They not only towed our vehicle but helped us back to our hotel. Amazing service. Thank you very much!
