My dealings with Jamie Barrett the service manager have been refreshing in the fact that when he promised me help with an issue with my trailer, he followed up and made sure it got done. Eddy the repair person sent to do the work was kind, polite, arrived on time and took obvious pride in his work. I Continue to be totally pleased with my decision to buy from Primo Trailer sales. Ty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from Montreal and purchased our trailer new from Primo RV. Our salesman David Boyd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. After one season of camping we brought the trailer back to be serviced and Gavin Muncy made sure we were satisfied and everything was right with our trailer. We would purchase again from Primo RV, it was worth the drive from Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience buying our first travel trailer. Our salesman, Michel, a seasoned RVer, gave us an excellent briefing on everything about our trailer. Lots of ‘how to’ information. When we came to pick up the trailer, we got a second in depth briefing by James, one of the mechanics about everything the trailer had and how to use, maintain, winterize and de-winterize the systems. We were extremely happy with the entire process and left the dealership with confidence in our ability to RV. Thank you both for the attention you gave us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumer service horrible,many issues with trailer and staff, trailer hopefully finally fixed.Would highly recommend shopping else where .. Wow what a reply that is absolutely a lie . GOODWILL it's called warranty work ,The DVD player that was changed still does not work, the speakers on the outside of the trailer were not caulked , absolutely a joke STAY AWAY .. Do not store trailer there my battery box was missing along with some nice new scratches down the side . Horrible experience with this company. Refurbished parts installed nothing they say they fixed works. Absolutely a joke you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a new trailer from Primo last fall. Michel was incredibly helpful, took his time to answer our questions and never made us feel pressured into buying anything. Our trailer was ready in the spring as promised, the Service Department did an amazing job with cleaning, inspection and taking a great deal of time to go over every detail with us. The walk-through was thorough, the videos they sent us were useful and all of our questions were answered. We opted to have it delivered and installed by a third party (Brock). He was very professional and experienced. He was punctual, had no issues getting the trailer into our lot and was very methodical when getting the trailer stable and connected to everything. He was friendly and really knew his stuff, taking extra time to make sure we remembered everything from the walk through. I would not hesitate to recommend Primo to anyone and their third party for delivery and installation for anyone unable to do it themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I bought our Northern Spirit couples RV in April 2021. I can honestly say the buying experience at Primo is second to none. From our initial contact with Michel, his service was impeccable. He was very professional and friendly and provided us with a no-pressure sales experience. His coworker Dave (I hope we have his name right) also provided exceptional service when Michel was not available to answer our questions - and we had many. When it came time to pick up our Northern Spirit, which Michel worked extra hard to have it ready for our first camping trip that we had already planned, we were greeted by a gentleman from the service department, whose name escapes me. He spent almost two hours in the extreme heat showing us every function, giving advice, explaining the mechanics. There were a few items that required service at the end of the season which were promptly repaired prior to storage. We literally took almost three years to find and purchase the perfect RV for our lifestyle. Although we decided the Northern Spirit would be our first and only RV, we are already thinking of upgrading as we approach retirement. If and when we do, Primo will definitely be our go-to. We are lifetime customers for sure. Thank you!!
