**UPDATE** Betty-Jean has been great at being prompt and responding to our inquiries. Since our original review (over a month ago), they have agreed to take in our trailer for the winter to resolve all of the issues we have found with the trailer - an extensive list was given. We really do appreciate the fact that they've offered to winterize and take care of our trailer for winter free of charge due to our troubles. We're hoping by spring when we pick it up, that our issues will be resolved. To be continued... **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Horrible customer service from the sales manager up until now. Purchased new travel trailer on Sept. 7. When they sell you the RV, they tell you anything they can to seal the deal even though it may not be truthful. We were told the additional 5 years warranty we purchased was a "bumper-to-bumper" coverage. The service manager told us what he said was a lie. We had also arranged to pick up the trailer on a certain date, turns out the location we dealt with 1) couldn't do the delivery on a Saturday as they weren't open on weekends to do deliveries and, 2) they didn't have enough technicians (short-staffed) to do the delivery on the 2nd date promised. We eventually went to pick it up ourselves. Upon doing a walkthrough, found a few problems with the trailer (the big one was a rip in the awning and a hitch light not working). We're talking about a 2022 version here, untouched. We did a 1-day camping test with it and found at least 5 new issues with it. It should have been in pristine condition! Went to the SAAQ to get it registered. After a 2h wait, we were told Campmart didn't complete the paperwork correctly. Quebec customers beware... have Campmart take care of licensing or you'll end up wasting your time at the SAAQ Bureau. This experience has left a really bad taste in our mouths up until now. We're hoping they'll get their act together and take care of us as valued customers from now on. Until then, I do not recommend you go to Campmart at all for your RV needs. The only sweetheart at the Ottawa location is Billy-Jean, but otherwise, the others we have dealt with have not yet taken good care of us. As of now (Sept. 20), we're regretting our experience.

I received great service from Ross! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and my situation and was there for me throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend him!

The service was excellent when we went to look at the cars. Ross, our salesperson, was courteous, knowledgeable and answered our questions precisely and clearly. His service was beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

We are so Happy. The staff were patient and explained in way you can understand without talking down to you! We are getting our Pop Up Tent in couple of weeks... pictured is the model! We are 1st time Tent Trailer owners. Can't wait to hit the road. They treat you like a person. Not like the one in Stittsville on Carp Road who looked at my wife and I turned then walk away. Just cause in jeans and tshirt. We tried to get his attention, just kept walking away. These salesmen are normal but, the ones at Campmart are exemplary! If you are looking for an RV, tent-trailer etc, these are the people who will do whatever it takes to get you approved and what you want. They do Auto Loans also. Look online or call them in Kanata! It will be the best couple of minutes you would have in a long, long time!

5 stars doesn’t begin to give enough recognition for the great service that was offered to me from Elias. I walked in looking to purchase my first car and was on the fence between a couple options. Elias helped me narrow it down to a Kia Forte and I am happy with the purchase. Highly recommend!

Where to start the salesman was great kyle he treats you well and works extremely hard for you to get you want and the general manager cal well he is awesome to deal with. But now it has been over 6 weeks waiting to get what we were told to get with our trailer Aswell as told things were ordered that we never ordered and we are still waiting for a TV that works. It seems everything is amazing up until you get your trailer then you are just out on the back burner and no one seems to care at all.

I had such an amazing experience at Camp Mart from the welcoming from the girls at the front desk to my encounter with the finance team. Elias assisted me with getting approved despite my rocky credit and Emil made it a smooth transition on delivery day. I really recommend this store to anyone looking for a vehicle.

From start to finish my experience here was absolutely incredible . Rick (My salesman) was very professional and took the time to explain my options to me and ended up finding me the perfect unit. Brad was my finance guy and he got me approved in all of 20 minutes , 1hr I was in and out. And lastly Kim in Service called me the next day and arrange my delivery which was extremely quick! overall 10/10 would recommend
