3360 Paul Anka Dr - Rental Apartments

Horrible place to live. Full of cockroaches and bedbugs. My place was treated 7 times for cockroaches before I moved out. Also of you have a package left at the door it's stolen 100% of the time.

i have been living here for 2 years and the only reason i stayed is because i couldn't find something better with the same price but i would definitely advice people to stay away from this building and from homestead in general . i wish i can give a 0 star to this ugly garbage building . its full of bed bugs and many other bugs that I've never seen in my life , you cant sleep at night or very early in the morning because of people screaming, yelling, music, walking, running and i can hear the phone of my neighbor ringing . its always uncleaned elevators doesn't work most of the time and smells disgusting and one i was going down in the elevator from the 11th floor and it went one shot non stooping as if it falls down to the 5th floor and that was scary as hell for me and my daughter . and when it comes to the service they're horrible they never fix anything even if you ask for it a million time and when you walk in to the rental office you will have the worst,rude horrible person 'lady' to serve you she doesn't have respect for herself or others and she treat people like a dust .( now there is a very nice lady but i hope she stays at least people doesn't have to deal with that ugly and rude lady that used to be there and might come back. i think her name was Lisa i cant remember . anyway i beg people please please please please stay away from this building its not safe for you and your children anyone can walk in to the building even if they don't live here and at the building there is a drug dealer on one of the floors and the reason we found out is we saw a lot and different guys walking in the building to the same floor everyday or meet down in lobby take whatever they came for and leave and police are almost living there so you know how bad it is . i'm trying to move asap even if i have to live on the street is way better than living at 3360 paul anka drive.

Please avoid staying her it is infested with cockroaches. I have had cockroaches crawl on me while cooking, sleeping, etc. The building management is terrible! They DO NOT care about these issues. They will even ignore your calls whenever you inform them about these issue.

Stay away! a dirty place especially when Cogir owned the building, a non-family-oriented place, weed everywhere, infested with cockroaches, you can notice the poor maintenance service from the building entry door. very stressful place.

***edit*** After the new company has taken over, it looks like the place is shaping up! I’m sure they have a LOT to fix, but it certainly seems they care more than homestead. Thanks Cogir! Keep up the good work. The worst management, terribly rude staff. Never come when they say they are, give notices without showing up. Two months now since the building had a large flood caused by contractors...still not even a carpet change! Zero communication. Simply do not care about their residents. Very frustrating building to live in. Too bad cause the area is perfect for families. Get your s**t together homestead!!!

As a current tenant., my experience has been okay since the new company has taken over. I am glad they finally got rid of the cockroaches that had been infested in the building for some time. I am also glad that they are taking safety issues seriously. However, those are the only positives I have to say. I am posting anonymously as the building is no longer asthethically pleasing, and the changes have affected me in unexpected ways. The majority of people may like the colour white on interior and exterior walls, but to those living with mental health issues too much white can make people feel anxious and uneasy, even clausterphobic. The previous brickwork on the exterior buiilding and the cream paint with nice brown panelling on the interior hallways and corridors looked better than it does now and it made the building feel like "home" Now I feel like I am living in a sterile hosptial, not a residential apartment building. This communiity is no longer "beaufiful" like management boasts in their responses, especially since they applied for an AGI during a PANDEMIC when rents were frozen, where many people have lost their jobs or have been suffering from excessive lockdowns and have had to go on governent assistance just to get by

The building has really took a turn for the better. Ever since the new management took over, lots of renovations have been done like in the lobby and our parking lot, and management took care of all the problems. Keep it up!

The management company is very irresponsible! !! The heating system hasn’t been worked for almost one month, I’ve reported it twice and they are always indifferent. The temperature is very low in the rooms. I wonder if we need to wait for repairing until summer?! The corridor light hasn’t been on since we moved in and I have also asked them to fix the problem for 4 times but they always closed the problem without making repairs. I wanna know it is really difficult for change a light bulb? Need I buy one bulb and ask for changing? This is the worst management company I’ve ever met! Who lives who regrets!
