My expectations were exceeded and was taken care of like I was family. 10/10 would recomend to anyone in the market for prescription glasses or sunglasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fabulous experience here. Apart from the fabulous service and huge selection of frames the optometrist is fabulous. The best eye exam I've ever had. I for sure know I'm getting the exact prescription I need. Unlike past exams where I wasnt sure . You will not be disappointed. Will never go anywhere else again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret the purchase. I paid 300 dollars for three pairs of glasses of which only one fits me well. they tried to fix it but it didn't work. They offered me other frames but the options they gave me there was nothing I liked. With CAD 300 I would have bought only one pair but of a good quality that would fit me well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In today’s world of highly critical people, fear of war and general malcontent, it is refreshing to encounter a business, such as 3 For 1 Glasses, that not only provides outrageous customer service but first and foremost, cares about their customers.
With that being said, I would like to take this opportunity to personally let you know about the over and above service that I received from Isabel and April. Not only were both ladies very accommodating but their kindness and knowledge of the products made my experience AWESOME. They have a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. They do adhere to all measures that comply with the Covid restrictions and, by the way, do not fear, your visit is a safe one.
To say the least, it is very refreshing to meet such remarkable human beings who strive to provide exceptional customer service. Isabel and April are truly GEMS!!!!!!!
It is people like Isabel and April that really make a difference and it is these kinds of things that really go along way to ensure customer loyalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place and trust me I have been wearing and buying glasses for over 30 years and this place is by far the best I haved dealt with. The store manager April, helped my daughter and I pick out glasses and she was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of glasses and sun glasses for the whole family. They have strict measures in place to comply with Covid restrictions, so rest assured that they are doing everything they can to make your visit a safe one. Be sure to call ahead of time to book your appointment to comply with the store restrictions. I can't rave enough about April and 3 for 1 glasses, my teenage daughter and I absolutely love her and the establishment. They also have a rainbow sticker on the door showing that they are an inclusive shop which is even more to love about this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited there last week to inquire whether or not my current eye glasses were worth the investment of a fresh set of lenses. As it turn out, they were not. Rather than tell me they were - in order to make a sale - it was explained to me why my current glasses had probably used up their useful life. I was unable to find a new pair at this location - but would like to favourably comment on the helpful and knowledgeable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially discovered 3 for 1 Glasses through the recommendation of a friend back in 2019, and I'm so grateful I decided to check it out. Since then I've ordered 6 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses over the years and every single experience I've had there has been above and beyond. Every staff member I've encountered has been so kind, patient and helpful. The prices are amazing and there's such a great variety of frames to choose from. I never struggle to find frames that fit my preferred style and aesthetic. The only challenge I have is narrowing down the options. ? I also LOVE that they are a business that is LGBTQ+ friendly and makes sure diversity and inclusion is displayed on their front door so you know it is a safe space for all. That definitely carries over and is fully reflected in the atmosphere inside as well. This is 100% the type of neighbourhood business I love to support and will continue to for years to come!
