Recently we had new carpeting installed and the chairlift had to be removed and reinstalled. Alex came out to do the reinstall action and was most efficient and professional doing it. Youcan’t go wrong using this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but outstanding service from 101 Mobility since I first called them earlier this year to fix my elderly parents' stair lifts. The lifts are old models and were installed new by a competitor. The competitor could not fix the problem but 101 Mobility did in less that an hour and re-installed a safety device that had been disconnected without our knowledge. 101 Mobility office and field technicians are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and their rates are fair and reasonable. They recently dealt with a couple of problems which arose from wear and tear and had the stair lifts running perfectly in no time. I highly recommend 101 Mobility.

Right from the very first phone call, to the delivery of the product, 101 Mobility was extremely helpful, and excellent to work with. They scouted our venue prior to the event to make sure this Lift would work for us, delivered and set up the lift, and then came on a Saturday morning to take it down. All in all, #1 service in my books!

There’s not many company owners or employees who will take that kind of time to help at no charge. Our chair is working great for my wife again.
If our unit requires in home service I’m calling Vanessa at 101 Mobility.
