★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calgary Screw piles would be a good company if it wasn’t for their owners, they hired us and a client of ours and after the completion of both our services decided not to pay. They also fought us for months on the matters, when we agreed to take less to cover our losses, and make no profit, they still were delinquent on their payments. Whatever you do don’t hire these guys for the job, crooks and from the feed back we got about their work it also was quiet poor.

The team members are super friendly and patiently listen what my idea was. They got thing done right away as it was easy for them, I was just sit and drink my coffee and all came back as I expected. And charged reasonably. Like they said: big or small, they can get the job done. Highly recommend!

I was hired by Calgary Screw Piles to do a polyurethane fill job on one the garages they lifted. They were the general contractor on the job and I was dealing with them.
Previous to their call I was actually called by the person who hired them (Panache Homes) I informed Austin of this and they were fine if I went through Austin.
We arrived to do the fill after Austin had lifted the garage. It appeared that the lift went very smoothly and they had waterproofed the foundation appropriately.
We filled the area that had dropped and then after found out that Panache homes had tried to pull a fast one on Austin and get more work for the same price. It was very clear that we were filling the area that Calgary Screw Piles had lifted and they tried to get us to also fill the rest of the garage floor...never mentioned once and was easily 10x the area of the original work scope.
End of story, I was paid even though Calgary Screw Piles was not. They fulfilled their end of the deal with me even though their customer had reneged on the deal that they had. In my opinion the epitome of integrity.
