ABI Mouldings manufactures high quality primed MDF products including baseboards, casing, interior door framing and cosmetic panelling for construction finishing. The main resource and raw materials we use to produce our mouldings is MDF. This product is unlike real wood, MDF has no knots, grain, or warping, and its smooth surface gives way easily to the saw, leaving no splinters, burns, or tear-outs. Our manufacturing facility is located in Alberta with shipping capability throughout the world.

I was able to find a close match quickly and I still haven't heard back from the other guys. Good service is hard to find nowadays but you'll find it at ABI Mouldings!
