D	Dave noneofyourconcern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Wednesday, my uncle who is disabled was having an issue with his lift and was getting nowhere with these guys. He put them on speaker and allowed me to listen as to what the issue was and I was appalled . The representative was rude, and dismissive. They were trying to blame him for an issue that has been present since day one. I found this unbelievable and disrespectful to my uncle. We were very disappointed by their response and ended up getting the lift fixed by the company where he bought his scooter. I do not recommend this company.

When the technician arrived he was extremely thorough in his assessment of the issues, examining the entire system making sure to explain to a member of my staff everything he was doing. Even when there were a couple of things the technician needed checked, he called his office and received additional support without delaying the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He left my staff member very impressed with the service we had received. I would not hesitate to recommend Savaria to anyone with a lift problem. Savaria are easily the best we have worked with. We plan on using them for all of our lifts.
R	Rebecca Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother uses a power wheelchair. Due to developing keratoconus, he is extremely light sensitive and moved his bedroom to the basement. Therefore, we were in dire need of lift. Savaria was just fabulous! We had phone and email meetings to assess our needs with Jason, then he and Hugo travelled up to Edmonton to our house. They were very knowledgeable about their products and how they could meet OUR needs. (We had dealt with other companies that were only interested in selling what they wanted and would not listen to what we needed or to my brother.) Jason and Hugo were very friendly and responsive to my family, ESPECIALLY my brother, who communicates with a speech synthesizer on an iPad. Savaria worked REALLY hard to find the best fit for us and to manufacture and install as soon as possible. The 2 techs who came were awesome! They had to work so hard to install the Delta Inclined Platform Lift into our older home, but doggedly persisted over 2 days till everything was perfect. They were very kind and considerate while in the home, and then taught my brother how to operate the lift. Savaria was a great blessing. Thanks so much.

We had developed a relationship with one vendor who was already servicing the lifts in the home for 8 years and had always provided good service. But, during covid, they decided to only communicate via email and would not provide personalized service. After several inquiries with different vendors, we decided to go with Savaria. Jason was so knowledgeable on their products, always available via phone or email to answer any questions and very patient as we had to wait for approval on government funding. He made sure my parents were happy and kept in communication, so I was in the loop. He even made a video so I could see who I was working with. I didn’t realize what I was missing with the other company until I started talking with Jason. Then, after the install, we had to make some minor tweaks to the chair and that’s when I was able to go out and meet Hugo who provided different options to customize the chair according to my mother’s requirements due to lack of mobility on her left side. Hugo made the necessary adjustments and provided tips on helping her get in and out of the chair with ease. His attention to detail made me feel confident that my mother was safe with their product. Both Jason and Hugo show such passion for the work they do and it’s very clear they care about their customers’ safety and well being. Thank you for taking such good care. I would not hesitate to recommend Savaria to anyone.
