E	Emmett Collens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to just get a cast put on. No one was here. Empty hospital on a sunday afternoon. Doctor who could barely speak English eats lunch instead of putting cast on while I sit for 3 and a half hours with my broken hand
C	CrazyCreator on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience every single time, extremely under staffed in emergency day and night they sit around and play on there phones and they don’t do much, they don’t treat things very seriously regarding patients. IS NOT a hospital it is more so a medical outpost. I recommend going to Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake right away instead of wasting god knows how many hours here
L	Loretta Cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to emergency entered the hospital. A sign patients wait here to be accessed by a nurse BEFORE you are registered. The arrow points to chairs. We sat in the chairs and waited and waited and waited saw nurses eat but nobody said a word. A man came in about half an hour later rang a bell got in. So we enquired about it sure enough we were suppose to ring the bell on the wall. When we said to the nurse it was not really clear she came out looked at the sign acted like it was perfectly clear. If you go in look for the bell ring it cause otherwise you will be there over night.

I am her emergency contact and they denied me access to her and would not give me any information I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL
B	Brad Mooray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we where at our cabin I had a small accident and cut my hand. Wife drove me to the hospital and was treated with respect fast service and great stitches. In and out in 2 hrs. Thanks to every one on staff top notch care here.

The nurses who work here should not be allowed anywhere near sick people as they lack compassion and care. Whatever promises they made to do no harm have been long forgotten. My 70 year old dad was admitted here with heart complications from covid-19. He is not vaccinated, as he wanted more information before getting the shot, and the nurses used this against him completely. As someone who is provaccine and has received both doses of the covid-19 vaccines I understand the frustration but that is no excuse to treat him lesser than other patients. Disgusting, they should all be ashamed of themselves. Leaving him without food for hours and giving him water the day after he asked for it. My family will be reporting this place to the medical board and hope the staff here learn some compassion. Just because you don’t agree with someone’s choices about their body doesn’t mean you give them subpar medical care. Quote from the nurse “he just wants the care and not the cure.” So disappointing.
M	Marie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospital…. I came in with a dog bite during Covid. The nurses were amazing and the Covid protocols were followed perfectly. I was stitched up and back home quickly. The doctor was excellent at sewing very small stitches.
