Great selection of cigars but the salesperson was not friendly and seemed to be uninterested after I told him I wanted something mild and around 20$. He took me into the humidor showed me three kinds and then just stood there without saying another word. I was the only customer in there and I felt that I was more of an annoyance than a potential repeat customer. Maybe he was used to the rich knowledgeable clientele that knew what they wanted without needing any other suggestions.
T	The M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had worse customer service in my life! I've gone here twice and each time has been the same. From the moment you walk in you are treated like an annoyance. Each time I've stepped through the doors the guy greets me the same, with a deep sigh and a roll of his eyes. As if somehow taking money in exchange for goods was beneath him. He then stalks me through the store rudely trying to get me out as fast as possible. Any question asked result in ether him talking down to you or him ignoring you by looking at the ceiling. I tried coming back but it's always the same guy, which makes me think he's the owner. It doesn't matter if like me you buy $300+ worth of goods. You'll still be treated like a street dog. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the dozen other cigar shops in town, they sell the same stuff, often at better prices, and best of all.. they treat you with respect.
c	canadablake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for a few years now, and I really like this place. Joseph and Sonny are always a big help and haven’t steered me wrong yet. They’ll ask what I’m looking for and what I like, and make some recommendations that are usually right on the nose! They have a dowright impressive humidor, great selection, cater to all budgets and have some fantastic accessory stock. Best tobacco shop in town!
