He takes care of his customers as if he was servicing his own vehicle: making helpful recommendations, obtaining quality parts and providing service with longevity in mind, and not performing unnecessary work.
I waited for my service to be completed. While I was there, I received detailed explanation and demonstration of the parts required and how they functioned. I appreciated the information provided - I had never experienced this at any other garage. This transparency is how you build trust with customers. I won't take my car anywhere else and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who appreciates great service.
