★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christina has trained me through two pregnancies now and I couldn't recommend her more as she is knowledgeable and resourceful in so many health aspects. Her YYC Village brainchild is a nod to her 'women supporting women' mentality and is a one stop shop for moms who are looking to improve their overall well being. The free child minding during sessions is such a bonus too for those looking for child care during any appointments, my daughter is always in good hands with Uzma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working out with Christina for over 6 years. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and works with you to help you recover from injuries. When Christina expanded her business to include other means of restorative care I was thrilled. I have attended one session with Katie, Osteopath and she was the first person to really help me understand my pelvic floor issues. I have only had one session and have experienced a significant reduction in symptoms. Looking forward to working with Katie as well as the rest of Christina’s team!

Being able to access other perinatal supports while my kiddo is cared for by a caregiver that I trust is such a great FREE service. I’m excited to see what other amazing providers come on board!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located 2 minutes from the Chinook mall, this “village“ has much to offer, all in a beautiful environment. Christina is a wonderful trainer and a fun person to be around. And she does not cut corners: she goes for the Mercedes with her services and equipment. I have been exercising with her during my pregnancy once a week, (1 more month to go) and I feel way more fit and way happier in my own skin than before. I have also tried massage with Laura and she is wonderful too. At YYC village I know I am in good hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked out with Christina at 2 the core following 2 pregnancies in the last 3 years. I am so grateful to her for helping me feel strong and be able keep up with my kids. Her workouts are always challenging and she’s right there to help with form and motivation. The new facility is beautiful with the kids area within the gym (staffed by a wonderful caregiver so you can focus on the workout). The new YYC Village will be an amazing resource for moms - I recently had a massage from Laura which was so wonderful, she really listened to my problems and focused on what I needed during the massage.
