Tried to contact the owner, Scott Forgave, and he never returned any phone calls or emails that were sent. This is not a company that I would ever recommend doing business with.

I asked him numerous questions and he walked me through his assessment. Never patronized when he really could have since my questions were probably way basic for him. Owner, I hope you read this and send Devon a kudos (I couldn't find a website for excelair to contact you).
P	President LG1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m president of a condo board and we hired Excelair to install a new boiler for one of our shared boiler room systems. Big job, and they presented two options and we chose the bigger, high efficiency, built-in redundancy system. They came to our site many times before hand and after we made our selection and started paying bills...then they told us we need to upgrade our electrical panel, then upgrade another adjoining system and on and on it went. None of which was in the initial proposal. They also never told us about the massive noise adjoining residential units could expect. Then when all was installed and done...we had problems. And how they addressed it with us is that they DIDN’T. They ran out the one year warranty on equipment and installation. We feel cheated and deceived.
J	Juls 7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brent was on call and we set a time to fix a blocked drain. As time went on he decided he had other things to do and called to cancel the call late Saturday evening. Great timing!! Very unprofessional, rude and incompetent person Brent is. He had to fix the sink so he was forced to come out and it needed to be redone a couple of months later If you use this company don’t let it be Brent. Waste of time and money. He also over billed me. Management should check the quality of service rendered by staff. This guy is ruining your reputation!

They got things done quickly and efficiently. Can't speak to the price just yet as we're waiting for the invoice but unless it's something astronomical I can't see changing my rating. Would recommend them.
T	Tara Storey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace wasn't working on December 27 and it was in the low -30's in Calgary. Dave came out on which was still a holiday for him and looked at my furnace. He did not replace a part that was in question and took his time to diagnose what the problem was and it turned out the filters I was using were to dense and was not allowing the air flow to go through properly. Dave was so pleasant, professional, kind knew exactly how to fix the problem without replacing parts. Thanks Dave!

Called a new company who identified multiple issues (including something dangerous) that was not even addressed. Obviously no response from Excelair when contacted. Too frustrating to work with them - you get the bill MONTHS later.
