★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representative for Chinook Plumbing was watching Scooby Doo on his phone while working on site. When the dishwasher didn't work afterwards, I flagged the issue with his manager. In response, Chinook Plumbing quit the job. I was disappointed with this service.

Had them pull permits, water softener and water filtration, new shower, toilets, bath sinks, kitchen sink, faucets, garberator, dishwasher, gas line for new range, range install plus all required water lines, drain upgrades, connections and fittings required. They helped source a few hard to find bits that really kept the reno moving forward, and were on time with the schedule for a very fair price.
Absolutely top notch company and people to work with., will be contracting them for the upcoming basement devo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IBC Boiler was an older model and had become unreliable. Chinook had experienced IBC expertise plus follow-up to ensure the problem was corrected. They worked closely with IBC with regards to some troubleshooting and provided a result that we were confident would last for years to come.
The toilet install was provided with strong product guidance that gave us good balance of style, quality and price. The installer was enjoyable to have at our place and we are very happy with the result. Will hope we have no plumbing issues in the future but if we do we will call Chinook.

Took the time to explain the technical details, the solution was very elegant and achieved all of my objectives and then some. They are very good with the follow-up. During the construction phase, they were on schedule. At the end, the price quoted stayed firm. Chinook Plumbing is knowledgeable, efficient, clean and courteous. I would highly recommend Chinook Plumbing to anyone requiring these type of services, great company to work with.
