E	Eva Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比之前用过的快递都方便实惠，收到的包裹也完好无损，全程有tracking，令人放心。当时去到店里的时候已经挺晚了，但店员小姐姐还是很耐心地给我解释寄包裹的条件和需要的收件人信息。而且她们很热心地给我调整箱子的大小，全程都很nice。从门店送去仓库上航班都挺快的，只要收件人信息齐全了就好。如果这些信息没有填好，快递单是没法出的，自然就会影响运送，毕竟航班不是天天都有。这个疫情期间也能三个星期就到的速度，实在是让我觉得很靠谱。 edit：这个门店的下班时间比其它门店要晚一些，对上班族（或者下课晚的学生）来说都很方便。 It is more convenient and affordable than the courier I have used before, and the received package is also intact, and there is tracking throughout the process, which is reassuring. There was only one customer service representative at the front desk when I walked in and he was on another skype tutoring call with his student. Throughout the packaging process, there was minimal explanation from him on what I would expect next or when the package will be delivered or how long will it take to ship to the international location. I felt I, as a client, was somehow interrupting his tutoring call business. My 3 boxes were not even fully packaged after I made the payment. When I asked for a receipt, I was told they don't usually do this. And when I inquired about tracking information, I was told given that I submitted the last piece of required ID document 10mins after they are closed, I had to wait 3 more days before they can get me one. Again, there was no clear communication on when I would expect what from beginning to the end. Advice to management: focus on improving customer experience and conduct employee training and evaluations. hire someone who at least knows what they are doing and can communicate clearly. Advice to other potential customers: though shipping price is reasonable, avoid this particular shipping location if you can.
