β β β β β Extremely bad service from this company. The two delivery man (they had to leave the sofa there as ordered by the manager but they are two good men) left my sofa in the middle of my hallway as they couldnβt manage to place the sofa bed in the basement. The manager ( I spoke with a lady) of Pro-trans knew that the sofa was going to be placed in the basement and the store, where I bought the sofa, knew it too. I contacted Pro-Trans and the lady over the phone was very very rude and unprofessional. She was not caring at all about the incomplete delivery and not even caring to resolve the problem. Now I have a sofa bed in the middle of my hall way and either Pro-Trans and the store just washed their hands and left me with this big issue. Do not use this company as they are extremely unprofessional and extremely rude.

β β β β β Have used this company for moves. Always recieved excellent service. Office staff was always very pleasant and accommodating. The gentlemen who came to my home were respectful and efficient. They were extra careful with my furniture and my walls (not to bump into them) Amazing experience using this company and would reccomend 100%.

β β β β β Horrifying experience DO NOT USE TO MOVE. Used Pro Trans multiple times in the past and they were absolutely excellent; recommended them to multiple others who were all happy. Recently used them and they were absolutely terrible. What should have been an 8-10 hour job took 16 hours. When I spoke to dispatch they recommended 3 guys. When I called after the move to complain they said it should have been 4 - well they should have told me that when I signed up - how am I supposed to know. The leader of the group was on the phone with his wife half the day. The other two guys were new.
Call AMJ Campbell instead if you want real professional service. Paid for service and got nothing.
