c	chantal J. Fina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT use this company for ANYTHING!!! They will over charge their quoted price , and Im talking by like THOUSANDS of dollars. Use CSA for all canada/ USA shipping. YRC is not credited under the BBB and they have MULTIPLE complains about over charging all over the internet Customer beware!!!! Note : the people giving 5 stars either work for them or know someone who works for them. Just to try to outweigh the negative and real reviews.

They did not deliver the service they promised and I paid for, and then charged me for redelivery despite the mistake being theirs. The people in their local office are unbelievably rude and discourteous. I just don't understand how any business - that wants to thrive - would put such incompetent people in their customer service department. However, my experience with their drivers has been good. They were courteous and did their job as expected. But I would not recommend this company to anybody. Look elsewhere.
B	Bryan Kinney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Stars! This company lost 15 boxes from my pallet and then delivered the leftover pieces on the pallet to my customer without notifying me. My customer called me to ask why I only shipped a fraction of their order. I have determined that Reimer had re-wrapped my pallet and then delivered it with 15 boxes missing. Not once before or after did they contact me to tell me the other boxes were missing, damaged, lost. It's been 4 days since I contacted customer service to find out what happened and where the missing pieces are and I still don't have an answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
S	Shawn Cleve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will ship it cheaper than anyone. I'll give them that. They have tons of hidden fees they will get you with though. Really watch those quotes because they can easily double it with extra fees. Also they enjoy driving forklifts through product. I'm stuck working with them but they are a horrible corporate bureaucracy and I choose any other freight company when possible.
J	Jozsef Sirak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a massage chair. They missed the scheduled delivery time 2 days in a row. They don't call you, and hardly say sorry. Finally they found out that my chair was swapped and delivered to another person, who doesn't want to give it back!? It's 2020, so their driver is either illiterate or did it purposely. They don't offer any help, just the usual "call this number" circle. You have to be on the phone for hours to get thing straight. Thanks.
L	Leanna Papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a shipment sitting in Mobile Alabama on a trailer since June 10 2021 it is now the 22nd and when I called to see when my customer will get it I was told they will get to it when they get to it and I even had my customer call and they were told the same thing....they are 18 minutes from the depot it is sitting at.....Poorest Customer Service I have ever experienced. Will never use them again and strongly recommend no one else does.

Do not use if you have any deadlines as delivery date will be forever moving and getting any certainty out of customer service is impossible. Going cheap can end up costing way more than using more expensive carriers. We didn’t engage YRC, but our suppliers did to ship our products and it had caused us nothing but grief and money not getting our delivery even remotely on time.
O	Ola Krol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business will not deliver your package after you confirm delivery with them the night before, not notify you as to why and when you call to follow up many days later they won't return your calls and ask you to pay a fee to reschedule delivery. Extremely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.
