A	Ale P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egad! An Argus driver as almost ran me off the road on an uncleared snowy highway. He was angry and his action was deliberate. Wouldn't trust this company if this is how their drivers conduct themselves.

Was told on Friday at 3 pm that i wouldnt be receiving my order til Monday afternoon. $60 for a 20 lb order shipped from Burnaby to Langley. When i called, Patrina was rude and refused to refund the next day delivery charge. She said it was a warehouse issue. Do not use this shipping company. There are way better options out there for half the price.
D	Drew Glover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Missed my delivery Wednesday claiming they had the wrong number, but it was right on the bill of delivery. Told me on Friday early afternoon it would be delivered first thing Monday (8am was AGREED). Monday at 10am told me they forgot about it Friday and then Brent at head office had the nerve to say they won't charge me for the redelivery fee. Cheers to getting bent over by these guys if you use them. 2 stars because the driver was cool.

I had to speed up to get past him to avoid an accident. He then proceeded to tailgate me all the way to Marysville. It was raining and if I had to hit my brakes hard he would not have been able to stop.

I'm not going to mention the details of the incident and truck no. cause I don't I want be the reason that driver loose his job.

He was under the impression i was in on coming traffic but i was in a turning lane on my side of the road, he was very much so mistaken. I am a class 1 Profesional driver and conduct myself in a perfessional manner. This driver then followed me to get his point across once more using profanity. Thank you argus carriers for hiring quality drivers
V	Viola Anne Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a delivery/driver named Allen a white male in his late 50's come to our store and dropped off a large wooden crate that must have been over 400 pounds. Firstly he refused to bring it into our back door, and argued back saying it's not his job, eventually we made him bring it in. Secondly on the paper slip he gave us gave him instructions to open and dispose of the crate. He argued back saying it's not his job. He began to be rude and made a racist remark and started yelling at us if we speak English and if we understand what he is saying. I went off on him and gave him a piece of my mind, he is absolutely rude and condescending. Don't ever use this company the driver is rasist and a horrendous human being.
