Their staff and service is second to none; its always a pleasure working with them from their sales team, to template, and installation crews. Geordan, the Burnaby branch manager is a great source of knowledge and provides exceptional service each and every time. Very professional and customer service focused business; would highly recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are extremely happy with the entire experience of dealing with Colonial! On both occasions that they came to our house, They arrived exactly when they said they would. They used some very {fascinating and} high tech tools for both the measuring and the levelling of the countertops. They had the counters ready earlier than they said they would and even brought us a little surprise bonus gift. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a designer, I've worked with Geordan and his staff at Colonial on several projects recently. I can offer high praise as far as their quality of service, pricing, and attention to detail. Countertops, and other surfacing treatments, are the finishing touch at the end of a long, and often expensive design process. It's important to work with a company that keeps budget and timeline in mind, while providing the ultimate "wow" factor when the project is complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I sent an inquiry via their website but after 1.5 weeks of no response I decided to go to their showroom. I arrived at 4 pm and their close time is 4:30 pm. First, I got a 20 minute warning of the store closing, then, when I wanted to know about their product; do they do a design for me, how long does it usually take for a job to be completed, besides the stone, what are the materials they work with for the base and drawers. The only answer I would get is to go online and submit my questions there.
When I left I even said: "sorry for bothering you". I got no response, he didn't even look back at me, he continued stapling papers and ignoring me.

Their service was high-quality, courteous, and professional throughout the process, from Danny Camparmo in the showroom to Rutuja Karande booking the installation, to the installers themselves. We couldn't be happier with the results and would certainly recommend Colonial's services.

Patrick is very patient in helping us through the quoting process; Miro is so responsible and diligent; he always gets back to me on time.
I must mention the installation team. Tuan and his team are fabulous. They did a great job and maintained the site very clean. They even helped us to clean the silicon left by other traders.
I highly recommend Colonial Countertop if you ever think of getting a new countertop. You will be worry-free.
