IKEA delivery, never again; zero stars should be an option. XPO Logistics decides to show up when it's convenient for them, not during the scheduled delivery time when you've booked the building elevator and their favourite response is "We can't do that, you'll have to reschedule the delivery and pay double fee." After a lot of back and forth with IKEA, got them to actually deliver during the agreed upon time but the two guys who showed up were rude, belligerent, and utterly careless. They dented walls knocking out chunks of plaster and did not care or apologise for the property damage. Called their service line and got a canned response telling me to fill out a damage claims form but don't see that going anywhere. Steer clear and avoid this company at all costs.

My 2cent advice from my experience if you don't see a black person just walk out also if they don't like you you are fired without you knowing. Minimum supervision during training, I had to learn by asking. Fired during training that lasted only 2weeks with no explanation.I should have read the review before signing up..

We were initially weary of their delivery based on the many negative reviews but we had a very good experience with XPO delivery of our ikea furniture. Our initial delivery did get rescheduled; however, they did inform us of this midway through the original scheduled window. The delivery was confirmed via text the day before with an option to call to reschedule if needed. I was notified within the scheduled delivery window when the truck was about 30 mins away, and the delivery did arrive as planned. The delivery guys were very nice and extremely helpful. Initially we were concerned ikea may have sent us the wrong coloured item - however, the delivery guys reassured us that if the wrong item was sent, Ikea had a return (with pick up) policy in place for the next two days. Overall we had a good experience and would pay for the delivery again.

I’m actually surprised by the bad reviews. Maybe they dramatically improved the service recently? I got 2 deliveries from XPO Logistic via IKEA but during both times I had good experience. The delivery person contacted me beforehand, handled with care and delivered to my unit without any problem. The delivery person was nice and helpful as well even though I had complicated order where I had to refund the item directly to the delivery person (weird IKEA return system).

Excellent customer service with great response times. When they tell you they will call you back - they actually do. I had an inquiry about an international shipment that was being held at customs. Qazi returned my call within an hour with all of the information I needed to get my shipment moving. I am not sure what else you can expect from a logistics company - XPO is top notch.

Ikea used them to deliver furniture. They showed up and unloaded the shipment and had to wait 15 minutes, when we arrived to receive shipment they refused to deliver and loaded back into truck and left. Ikea sent them a second time and they were at the wrong building and complaining no one was there to receive shipment. Terrible service all around.

Delivered a Peleton and the service was excellent. They were on time, professional, and quick. They assembled the Peleton and began the start up procedure.

Ordering delivery from IKEA was a last option because of the added cost, but the stores did not have the desk I wanted in stock. A day before my chosen delivery date, I received a text reminder from XPO. I never heard of this company so I decided to look up reviews... they were awful as you can read below! I was a bit nervous on how my delivery would go. However, my experience was very smooth. I am guessing they have taken the feedback seriously as it could reflect negatively on IKEA as well. I was sent another text in the morning that my package would be delivered today, and another text when they were about 30 minutes away (it ended up being more like 60 minutes but I was home anyways), and a call when they were 2 minutes away. There was a driver, and a loader who brought my things to my house. The loader was very nice and professional. He offered to help carry it inside because he said it was heavy, but due to the pandemic I told him he could leave it at the door for me. Masks were worn by both drivers. Overall my experience with XPO was great and I am relieved not to have the negative experiences written by other reviewers. Hopefully my experience is the new normal going forward after they received so many bad reviews.
