Kind and professional receptionist, both on the phone and in-person. Patient for working on a Sunday! The clinic was clean and has set up the hallway and waiting area appropriately for COVID protocols. The doctor was quick but answered all my questions with attention. I'd come here again for walk-in clinic needs.

Oct2021: Can recommend this clinic for its excellent customer service and moderate wait times. Needed a medical consult and flu shot for a family member on a Saturday morning and chose this clinic based on the Google reviews and location. I wasn't disappointed. Both the receptionist and doctor were friendly, efficient and easy to work with. There's also a small pharmacy that shares the office space. Total time from checking in to checking out was under 90 minutes on a late Saturday morning with several patients ahead of us in the queue. One potential drawback I'd mention is that the office is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator and the chair lift was out of service, if you or your loved one have mobility issues. Otherwise, not much to complain about and I would come back the next time I need a walk in clinic

I walked in and was told that it’s a 2 hour wait. I was confused because it was Wednesday afternoon and I didn’t think it’d be a busy time. I came back later for the appointment and one of the doctors saw me and when I showed him the bump on my finger, he told me it’s either a wart or a callus and I proceeded to tell him that definitely does not feel like either and I’m suspecting that it may be a cyst. He told me those are definitely the options. I was confused and I went to a different doctor only for them to tell me right away that it’s a cyst like I previously suspected. Disappointed with their lack of knowledge

Receptionist is extremely unprofessional and seems to not be knowledgeable in the new practices for covid. Called to book an appointment over the phone as I have a soar throat amongst other symptoms and due to it being a covid symptom no one will see me in person. She prompted to tell me since it's my first walk in appt it should be in person and seemed confused when I explained the fact that they wouldn't see me in person due to it being covid. Regardless she booked me in for an appt told me they would call between 2-4 which is a window so I left my ringer on. But before hanging up said again my appt should be in person. Anyhow I accidently fell asleep as again I am sick and left my ringer on but I missed the call. I did try to call back twice within a few minutes of missing it with no luck and was left a voicemail to call the next day. I decided to do so which I was greeted with attitude and told i was wasting people's time and space for simply missing a call and trying to rebook. After explaining how I called back a few moments later she told me there is nobody present to answer the phone after hours. Again that's understandable but things happen I'm sick clearly things happen. She then proceeded to tell me the window for calling with the new appt would be between 2-5pm but could also be later. I did not appreciate the attitude and just decided to go elsewhere. I understand the stress covid brings but it doesn't excuse rudeness and unprofessionalism. Truly unfortunate since the doctors seems to have great responses.

Great walk-in clinic! I went on a Saturday morning, the wait was short and the staff was friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. The stairs going up to the clinic don’t look great but the clinic itself was clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the area.

A busy clinic, but the doctor is professional with a big heart. I witness a mom with 2 young ones, one with health card expired during covid. The receptionist was hesitated at the very beginning. The busy doctor walked by and take them in. The same location pharmacy is a convivence for patient. Would be better if they open for longer hours.

Don't let the appearance deceive you - the real estate may be lacking, but the knowledge and skill are not. I was a walk-in in the late morning, right before lunch, and I signed in, saw a doctor, received my diagnosis, and got my prescription from the in-house pharmacy in less than an hour. The doctor was moving quickly, but when he realized I had further questions he slowed down and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. His diagnosis was accurate, and I am feeling much better! The receptionists seemed overwhelmed, understandable given current circumstances and the nature of their work, but they were still polite, helpful, and thorough. Grateful for the assistance. Hopefully I will not need to come back, but if I do I know I will be taken care of here. Thank you to the entire team!
