Nothing more terrible I have not met. It is better to go and work on the cache than to go there for help.

The staff are very helpful and respectful. Anytime I had question they take their time and they answered my questions. Also they are expert and they help clients a lot.

Some case workers treat you like dirt like they are providing these services from their own pocket. I had a worst experience, totally opposite of my previous case workers. She does not deserve a single star at all.

I was impressed with the resources, information & general support I found at this office. Overall the staff was helpful in most of my encounters. Its been about 4 years since last there. But the workers were really great. Thx!

Over all its nice and organized people treat you with respect but there are some social workers who don't call you back when you need to talk to them they disregard your needs. I have had my pretty share of rude ones especially the one I have right know haven't heard of her in about a month wanting and begging to get in touch with her very rude

Unfortunately the experience will vary from one case worker to another. Most of my case workers were really nice, but last two were very rude. The current one is the rudest. She doesn't even told me about her case worker number than stopped my benefits by saying that I did not report my income, however I did send my income statement. It probably landed with wrong case worker, because I wrote my last case worker's number as the current one never told me about her number.

From Swapnil Patil. 1) Came to know about Yonge Eglinton Employment & Social Services from YMCA councillor. Financially extremely worst condition, I phoned Yonge Eglinton Employment & Social Services, they called me back and informed appointment to me and helped me to survive. I am highly thankful to them (more than that no words to explain). 2) With help of JVS Toronto and YMCA councillor and websites (RAIC) came to know about BEFA (Architectural licensing body) 3) Applied and got selected. Yonge Eglinton Employment & Social Services, 150 Eglinton Ave E #900, Toronto, ON M4P 3E2. paid all my fees and all other study material expenses because I had no money to pay application fees for BEFA (Architectural licensing body) I am greatly obliged to the case workers and manager for doing needful as it was extra mile for them to get the funding approved, it was needed to prove that I will not waste money. 4) Got @ 98% marks in almost all exams with Athabaska University as per BEFA and RAIC required examinations (Architectural licensing body). 5) Became licensed architect in 2018. 6) Now owner of 3 companies, having yearly turn over near to a million dollar with 6 employees and around 15 working as freelance and multiple other consultants and many running projects. 7) Without Yonge Eglinton Employment & Social Services, it is impossible for people like me to get success, I am greatly thankful to them for everything they did for me.
