β β β β β Was told it would be a few minutes and I waited. After a few minutes of waiting, you guys kept taking the online orders and entering them in. Guess those are more important vs serving someone standing in the store. At that point itβs another few more minutes which doesnβt seem right. Lost a customer.

β β β β β Great service everytime. Very friendly and welcoming. They have my go to drink of Wintermelon milk with Pearl's. Always perfectly executed. The Mango pomelo sago is a must try. Enjoy!

β β β β β The passion fruit tea really be bussin made me cream all over their very clean washroom toilets. Nba all-star staff felt like Gordon Ramsey took my order, very polite and patient. Quick orders hustle with every molecule within them. Other than that you have so many options to choose from and there got to be one tailored to your taste bud.

β β β β β Every time I drove/walked by this place it was always packed, specially during the summer. I had to try it one day as I had no idea what Taiwanese fruit teas were like. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste, however, I should point out that they are quite expensive, but the guy at the store said that all ingredients are imported so that the teas are as authentic as they can be. In any case, I liked them.

β β β β β My daughter liked the strawberry smoothie pearl the first time this was introduced by a friend a couple of weeks ago. Came back and had a terrible experience. Waited for 40 minutes as apparently the pearl is still cooking that wasnβt communicated during ordering. After we got the order, the pearls are hard and undercooked. The drink was watery also, maybe because pearls are still hot when the drink was added. Will not come back for sure.
