Lady did a manicure for me and a shellac manicure for my friend, both were done really well.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I came here with my friend for a mani-pedi Sunday June 10, 2018 and what should have been a relaxing experience was turned into a day long haul. We were there for almost 3 hours waiting for someone to do my nails all because the owner had no idea what she was doing. She had to ask someone else to take over since there were so many walk-ins, she did not have time to do my nails properly. Due to her negligence my nail (NOT ACRYLIC) broke and started to bleed and sting. My nails were healthy and fine as I had shellac on them previously with no chips or scratches. As you can see in the picture the girl who took over tried to blend the colours better and made the nails whiter, but because the owner was doing God knows what to my nails this is the result. I didn't even get a proper manicure literally just the shellac. I paid $50 for this and it only lasted 4 days. My friend waited at least an hour for me to finish. I do not recommend going here.

I went for a manicure and pedicure. Did not have a good experience. The nail color used was old and did not even dry after 2 hours. Attached is a picture of what my nails look like after 3 hours. Did not even scrub my hands. Just put a lotion and massaged for less than a minute. That's it. Not happy at all.

I walked into this business at Bay and College this afternoon. There were two staff present, one lady was doing a manicure for a customer and the other was sitting and watching her. They assured me a regular manicure was possible and the lady sitting and watching began my manicure. She was not taking good care when she trimmed my nails and cuticles, I was half expecting to get cut at any moment. Thankfully, no blood was drawn. She then did an ok, half-hearted massage of my hands as she and the other lady were distracted by people coming into the salon. It was a younger couple and their parents wanting pedicures for the parents. The ladies told them it would take 5 to 10 minutes to finish up with myself and the other client and had them sit in the pedicure chairs. My manicure resumed at that point and she began applying the colour. It was the worst application I have ever experienced. There were gaps and jagged edges, colour on my cuticles/skin and missed spots. I was put under the dryer for 10 to 15 minutes so she could join the other lady and do the pedicures for the elderly couple. At just before 4pm, the other lady took a break from her pedicure and came over to let me know that I was done and could go. I showed her the colour on my skin/cuticles and the missed spots and rough edges and she told me that it was that my cuticle and nail were very close together and there were no missed spots or gaps, it was just the top coat. I looked at her flabbergasted and she said ok and took my hand and began scraping the polish off my skin/cuticles with her finger nails. She asked if that was ok after a few scrapes and I pointed out spots on almost all my nails. She scraped at them all and then put oil on my fingers and said ok its good now. I had no words as she took my jacket and informed me she would now help me to put it on. She walked over to the cash and I followed her and asked how much, she told me $15. I paid, visibly displeased, and did not even offer to tip. If I could give them less than one star I would - never go to this place.

I have had great service both times I've been here. I always ask for the manicurist not to clip my cuticles, and after that request they check in with me about whether I would like other things done too (like the foot grating thing). They always give a great massage as well!

Small but mighty nail salon. I got a great gel manicure here but the ambience is nothing to ride home about. Walk ins welcome & the staff is friendly.

DO NOT COME HERE - STAFFED YELLED AT ME!! Walked in yesterday, got my nails done. The nail lady was great, so kind and did my nails with care. Unfortunately the nail polish was old and came off literally the second I got home... The following day, I walked in the store, showing another lady my damaged nail polish and how it came off. I simply asked for a refund because I didn't want the same thing to happen again - keep in mind I was very calm and respectful. The lady started yelling at me saying it was my fault not theirs. Than I asked for the supervisor name she told me, "I'm the supervisor" after telling me "the supervisor is not here today". Than she proceeded by telling me that she would call the cops on me and that I am harassing her.
