They dealt the epic snowstorm of January and the numerous ones that followed and they did a highly commendable job. I especially appreciate the email that I receive in advance of the team arriving so that I have an idea when my driveway will be cleared. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

I called multiple times and finally got a hold of someone. they told me that they can't provide any specific date or time for the appointment and I have to wait until they notify me. After another week they took full payment amount from credit card.... but still no appointment. I waited for 2 more weeks and asked to cancel the appointment, now I was informed that apparently my appointment was already set and they will keep $30 just because... Ridiculously horrible service and customer experience all around.

By the time they showed up there were hardly any snow left. The neighbor helped removed the snow. Looks like snow removal is not part of their main services. Mostly yard work. Would not recommend them at all. Try calling them to get an update all you get is a message from an answering machine.

Yardly has had reliable efficient service providers and their email notifications in advance have been exceptional. They are by far the best in the business. I look forward to using their grass cutting service in the spring and summer.

Always arrived within the promised time frame except for that one huge storm last winter. They communicated about the delayed service promptly. I would hire them again if I hadn't moved out of the province.

I have been very pleased with their service thus far. After receiving an email yesterday that it may be Wednesday before my driveway would be cleared, due to the road closures and extreme amounts of snow, I have to admit I was somewhat disappointed and a little nervous at the thought of being housebound until then. However, I was pleasantly surprised very early this morning when I looked out to see that the representative was just putting his equipment away and my driveway had been totally cleared. I would imagine that they were likely working around the clock to try to satisfy all of their customers. I was so relieved and appreciative that I wanted to let them know. Their team clears the required areas well and they always show up in a timely manner after snowfalls. Yesterday, Toronto (where I am) experienced record snowfall. Yardly communicated with me via email notifications concerning the extended estimated time to complete the work due to the sheer amount of snowfall, which is totally understandable--and the company also informs you when you sign up that larger snowfalls will take longer to clear, so that was expected yesterday. That being said, Yardly's team still reached my property roughly a few hours after the snowfall stopped, which was a pleasant surprise, so I felt compelled to write this review to share that I am very satisfied with this company's work. I recommend them.
B	B Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company! I have paid for a spring clean-up…..it is almost June, and they have not arrived. I have paid to have my lawn cut and trimmed…..they have come once. The trimming was not done, there is grass all over the patio and there is a stripe down the middle of the lawn. They hide behind e-mail and do not answer the phone. Attached are photos of the trimming and clean up after.
