Prior to promising anything, he wanted to set up a time to have a look to see what package that Imperial offered best suited my wants/needs. Hard to find that type of honesty in todays world of the service industry. David and his team were true to their word and provided great service as they assured me. Will definitely be going back to Imperial for lawn maintenance services in the future.
