Placed an order for delivery, paid and gave extra for the tip. After closing the door, the delivery guy started banging loudly. When I opened the door again he accused me of not tipping, and went on a rant about how much he needs the extra $ because he doesn’t get paid much. I interrupted him and asked him to check the bill & the money I gave him again. He left happy, and I ended up wishing I hadn’t tipped him. Very unprofessional. Also, don’t order past 8pm if you want delivery.

Probably one of the worst locations i've been to. It's a straightforward business but there seems to be a lot of confusion in orders at times. The soda....always more sugary, watered down and warm. The sandwiches are lacking the visual and toppings (very messy made) and substitutions are complicated in the sense that theres a pricey charge for everything ie) small salad instead of medium fries or a bottle of water instead of a pop. There is no seating here, gets hot and is poorly lit inside as well.

Very efficient and well located KFC in midtown Toronto, the parking lot is very accessible and good for parking since its in a corner so you can access it almost from all angles. Service is fast and prompt, you never wait more than 4 mins.

I picked up my order and brought it to my friends place. Opened the order and found that I had paid for 2 orders of the Chicken sandwich deal but they only gave me one. Now I don't have enough food for the lunch party. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Delivery came 20 minutes after estimated time. Chicken looks awful, falling apart and soggy. Very disappointed because we were looking forward to it as a treat. I thought it was maybe just one or two pieces that got soggy and gross, but sadly it’s the whole bucket. Won’t order from here again

Just try this chicken. I'm 70 years old and I've been eating KFC my entire life. This is the worst chicken I've ever had - greasy, tasteless, under cooked etc. etc. Spend your money on anything else anywhere else. If you still want to try this place, you'll be very very sorry.

Order took far longer than estimated, nearly 2 hours. I called at 75 mins and was told β€œ5 mins”. Food arrives and is barely warm and grease soaked (delivery guy said he "just picked it up” ). Chicken was so greasy, the skin was falling off, and oil was pooled at the bottom of the container. Fries were cold and soggy, and the popcorn chicken was barely warm and squashed into the container. Called KFC β€œcustomer service” and a less than sympathetic person with a heavy accent told me I have to talk to the store. He transferred me, but they did not answer the phone. Called back customer service and was told they would email the store and to expect a response. Never heard from them. This place is run down, and makes terrible food, but you can’t choose the location when you call for delivery. I’m now looking at the many bad online reviews of this franchise, and it seems KFC Canada is unaware, or does not care. This is my third bad experience with this location, and there will not be a fourth.

The food is okay and the staff are usually nice but service is extremely slow. They are slow to take orders, disorganized and tend to forget who each order belongs to as well as mix up orders. I have gone into the store multiple times only to end up waiting 20mins to order and 30mins for food. Online pick up is a little better in that I can order ahead of the line but they are consistently unprepared for my pickup time by 15+ minutes and more. I think a big issue is that the staff are taking orders in English for menu items displayed in English but are speaking another language amongst each other, resulting in confusion when communicating to the customer or tracking order items.
