G	George Ren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were hesitant at first due to some negative reviews. However the team was incredible. Shout out to David, Sloan, and Mehave. They helped box and wrapped every piece of furniture and miscellaneous item and moved everything in 3 hours when we were expecting 5. Amazing service!
t	tara chew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICM was very attentive to my needs. They had a very prompt response, great rates and throwing in extra moving boxes was a huge perk for last minute moving items. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly trying to accommodate my move in any way possible. If you need to move, I definitely recommend them as I will probably use them for any move in the future. Great experience all around!

They were both professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend this moving company and use them again!

My grandmother was moving and we wanted someone who was professional and patient and someone recommended Inner City Moving to me and it was the best thing they could have done for us. I spoke to Paul he was very professional and he hit it right off with my grandmother. Paul and his team are indeed the moving professionals.
L	Lou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do NOT recommend this moving company. They even ignored a legal judgment against them - from the courts. They damaged a large amount of my furniture & refuse to accept responsibility or try to work things out. They also demanded cash day of or would charge an extra fee (which wasn’t mentioned before). All attempts to fix this in private have being ignored. After a fully legitimate legal process, they still refuse to pay for damages that have been ordered by the courts - they’re defying the law and ignore most emails. They keep claiming I used a 3rd party moving company, which is not true, I have used no one else. I had contacted them many times after the move & was brushed off. Unfortunately this has been a very slow process (2.5 years) due to Covid backlog in the courts along with the lack of participation from this moving company. I have all dated correspondence & official paperwork from the courts. Their recent tone has been threatening and uncalled for. After reading a lot of negative reviews on Google, I suggest to save yourself a lot of hassle and go with a more reputable and honest company.
A	Ada Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were a little late but (traffic these days fr, so I understand) other then that, they were great. Very kind and accommodating. They worked fast and were respectful of my things as much as they could be. The one guy chikchalk said hi to all the cats so definitely a thumbs up to that, the other one had pretty eyes. Also they lifted all my furniture like it was made of paper. They were all so sweet and had great energies, also they were HUGE like these are some big guys, so yeah they are great at there jobs. Also Paul the guy who sets it all up is so sweet and has a great voice. Overall the experience was so great, almost wish I needed more things moved. Definitely would recommend this business to a friend

He offered a sincere apology and he made things right. As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen to attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. Paul didn't just apologize for the mistakes made by his crew, he took responsibility and ownership for those mistakes. He showed integrity and to me, that is what differentiates a good business from a bad one. Thank you for being an honourable human, Paul and for running your business with integrity. I highly recommend Inner City Moving & Storage Company. Patrice
