★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. The worst possible internet available. 120/month for 1-3 mbps/download. Usually doesn't work at all. Getting through to tech support is worse than getting a limb amputated. This company is going to burn to the ground when starlink is released.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently have the 25mbps plan from Xplornet and couldn’t be less happy. 12mbps speed average, upload 1/2 a mbps if it even registers! 80+ ping time, 2 hour wait times or longer. This is the worst internet I have ever used aside from dial up.
Please do yourself a favour, and look up Starlink from space x. That company offers the best internet package for Rural Manitoba hands down. Their internet and service is so much further ahead and superior to Xplornet in every way. I will be switching both my subscriptions to Starlink as soon as I receive them.
Xplornet cannot be competitive with their current 4g system. No 5g in sight either... old tech. Move on. Call up uncle Elon and get that new internet setup.
I’m just sick of being taken advantage of like everyone else on google reviews! If you like incredibly slow internet with non existent service from a company that charges double what they should for their service and doesn’t care about you.. then I would highly recommend Xplornet

For the last 6 months I've been calling and complaining about EXTREMELY SLOW internet... or not working at all!!! netflix won't load half the time....and for what people pay this has got to be the worlds worst internet... seriously reminds me of dial up...ALSO customer service is trash... DO NOT GET XPLORNET PEOPLE!!!!! I could not say this enough!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have hosted my website and email accounts until recently as there were too many "server outages" Have contacted them numerous times by phone and get the royal run around when trying to get to commercial accounts so I can cancel my service. Have emailed them to every address they provide and no response. I have moved my services elsewhere and their automated system keeps calling me for money. I have tried for 8 weeks now to cancel my service. Worst customer service in the world.
Xplornet, if you see this please contact me to verify you are closing my account retroactive April 1st, 2021 as requested multiple times. Get your act together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent an hour and a half talking to 3 different people, and then put on hold. Called them back on my landline to be told I was "accidentally" disconnected.
Averaging about 120kbps.
No one can tell me why. Also, on installation the tech changed the username and pw of my router, but no one can tell me what they changed it to... so I can't access to change any settings ?♂️
Do NOT recommend this company to anyone. I will be getting a hold of Starlink tomorrow.

Wow....beyond bad customer service. I was a CCI customer in Alberta and lost my public IP. After a week of run-arounds, and misleading information from Xplornet, the answer was tough luck, we don't do that.
I canceled my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a total scam - The support of the start is fantastic, sales team bends over backwards, but once you are a subscriber the service level falls off to almost ZERO support. It's impossible to get a hold of tech support and it seems like they turn over sales teams so often you can never reach someone to help. Last resort option in my opinion.
