A	Arlo Quinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annie was nice... seemed to genuinely want to help, however I saw no improvement even with the recommendations and products I purchased. It was around $800 for a facial and some products. We spend $$ we don't have when we are desperate to fix an issue. I did more research in the months following my treatment with Annie and ended up using tretinoin to deal with my skin concerns and saved so much money and time. I wish I knew about tretinoin sooner, $20 a tube roughly and it lasts for 4 ish months per tube. My skin is glowing now after almost a year on Tret and I was looking back on everything I tried before going on Tret. I think I would only go back to Annie if I wanted to pamper myself, not to deal with a long term skin problem. My dr didn't recommend tretinoin, dermatologist didn't recommend it, I found it on my own and went to my family dr and asked for it. It works for fine lines, pigmentation on some people, closed comedones, and more. Anyways. If you are specifically trying to deal with a fine lines or recurrent acne issues, ask your dr about tretinoin gel before you spend a penny more at the drug store or at fancy spas. Check out the reddit page on tretinoin for tips on how to use it. I'm sure Annies services are amazing for an event, or maybe other reasons, but for long term issues, use the tried and true gold standard for anti aging first!! Also stop buying retinol at the store.... so expensive. Tretinoin is an inexpensive retinol with WAY more effectiveness.
J	Jessica Hultink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I found XO Treatment room! I've bought a lot of Annie's products (Heavy C, Surface X, Lunar Veil (love!), custom serum Satellite X, to name a few). I've had a couple custom facials, including one peel - all of which I couldn't recommend more! This place is an absolute gem, and I'm so sad there isn't anything like it in Houston. I've never come across a facial treatment business that does 'whatever your skin needs!'.. I've always had to pay individually for every service. Annie's business model is a breath of fresh air! Since I'm not local anymore, I'm SO happy she is offering XO in a Box (custom facials shipped in a box to you with virtual appointments) - what a great idea!! I honestly couldn't recommend this place more, and if you're looking to really improve your skin (i.e. i have a lot of melasma, hormonal acne breakouts etc), and especially if you feel you try a lot of different products (expensive or not) and nothing works - then you need to come here!

Everything she said would happen did and I seriously can't believe the difference! I would apply all the things in any black box that arrive in the mail from XO Treatment Room to my face!!! She has so much knowledge in all things skin and has all the tools to work her magic on me... no matter what I come in with. Every time I go for a custom facial I leave glowing and looking refreshed (and others notice) I am also loyal Heavy C user and see such a difference in my skin since. If Annie is selling it I am buying.

I had a Facetime consultation and I was sent an awesome box of goodies-including a personal note, a little fan and some candy! Everything in the box was customized for me and we did the actual application on Facetime as well. I loved it all! So much so, that on a recent trip to Banff/Jasper I booked an in person facial at XO Treatment room. It made so much sense to me that you pay one price and let the expert customize for your skin concerns. I had sun damage (age spots) fine lines and loose skin. I was a bit freaked by the lasers and chemicals but Annie was so reassuring through the whole process. She continually explained everything she did and made it as comfortable as possible! The peel got ugly (as she said it would) but Annie was in touch and available for questions throughout the healing time. WOW! Talk about results! My skin is smooth, fine lines are actually gone and only a hint of the ugly age spot on my cheek remains. My husband has told me countless times how good I look and how tight and glowing my skin is! I have never had a treatment like this before and also never gotten such results! I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Calgary. Annie, you are a wizard!
