★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un enfer à joindre! j'essaye de passer un appel de service, on me redirige 3 fois, on m'a raccroché au nez après que le standardiste ait soufflé très fort dans son téléphone, et finalement après 30 minutes d'attente le téléphone fini par couper tout seul! Je parle même pas du niveau des techniciens, c'est la 3ème fois qu'on a un problème avec la même imprimante Xerox
 Hell to join! I try to make a service call, I was redirected 3 times, I was hung up on my face after the switchboard operator blew very loudly into his phone, and finally after 30 minutes of waiting the phone ended up cutting itself off ! I'm not even talking about the level of technicians, it's the 3rd time we've had a problem with the same Xerox printer
